Position is for State Based Exchange (SBE): it's a health insurance marketplace where state residents check their eligibility and enroll into health insurance plans. Product is integrated with other services, e.g., real time integration with federal services during eligibility check and data verification, for calculating subsidies, with state services during initial enrollment and while managing life-event changes, to handle premium payments and to process notices.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Expecting member to build and implement AI-based solution that can generate SBE product test cases after analyzing inputs (from multiple requirement and functional specification documents)
• Work towards optimum efficiency by having fully automated test execution
• Solid automation framework is already in place; member to have good exposure to Selenium, Java, SQL, Python, APIs and need to work towards framework maintenance and bring enhancements (like, automated test script creation, self-healing capabilities, code coverage, etc.)
• Complete ownership for assigned module: test strategy planning, test design/ execution and delivery
• Work in agile based development (scrum methodology). Focused on teamwork/ collaboration, remove impediments, decision making, effort estimation, timely risk analysis and mitigation.
• Hands-on to Jira, ALM, Unix, GitHub
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputed Institute
• 12+ years of experience in software development/ testing
• Significant exposure to Automated Testing and AI (to analyze user stories, Figma, application code to automatically generate test cases and automated test scripts
• Knowledge about health insurance marketplaces --- knowledge of Affordable Care Act, Medicaid, Medicare, Qualified Health Plan. Should be aware and adhere to HIPAA standards, PHI, PII, FTI

Preferred Qualifications:

• Unix, SoapUI, Insomnia (API testing)
• Capability to code review
• Proven excellent communication
