Role Overview
Automation Anywhere is building the next generation of Agentic Process Automation—intelligent, autonomous systems that orchestrate work across people, bots, and AI agents at enterprise scale. As a Principal Product Manager, you will define and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of this platform, shaping a foundational product that impacts customers globally.
This role requires strong product leadership, deep technical acumen, customer empathy, and the ability to influence across a complex, cross-functional organization.
Responsibilities –
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Agentic Process Automation Platform.
- Serve as a product thought leader, translating customer, market, and enterprise needs into a clear platform end state.
- Partner with engineering and UX to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality platform capabilities.
- Drive data-informed decision-making, defining success metrics and using insights to prioritize and optimize outcomes.
- Lead platform adoption and scale across Automation Anywhere offerings and customer deployments.
- Collaborate with product leaders across domains to align roadmaps and manage cross-team dependencies.
- Work closely with business, legal, compliance, and security stakeholders to ensure enterprise readiness.
- Engage directly with customers and end users to uncover pain points and deliver differentiated solutions.
- Represent the product in executive forums, internal reviews, and customer/partner engagements.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Community teams to support GTM execution and accelerate adoption.
Qualifications –
- 12+ years of experience in the software industry.
- 8+ years in Product Management, building and scaling enterprise platform products.
- Strong background in process automation, including BPM, orchestration platforms, or agent-based systems.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade platform capabilities at scale.
- Demonstrated technical depth in SaaS platforms with strong engineering collaboration.
- Strong data-driven mindset, delivering measurable business and customer impact.
- Experience defining and executing complex product roadmaps in fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies as a Product Owner.
- Ability to set bold product visions and inspire teams to deliver differentiated innovation.
- Strong customer orientation and experience working directly with customers, partners, and developers.
- Excellent cross-functional influence and communication skills, including executive-level storytelling.
- B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent technical degree.
