- Complete ownership of verification and end to end analysis of sophisticated IP designs with advanced low power and power management technologies spread across multiple categories such as DDR5, LPDDR5,DDR6 and LPDDR6 that can operate at high speeds of up to 9600MT/s.

Responsibilities:
- Guide and set the direction for the verification effort within your areas of expertise in any project that the team undertakes.
- Own end-to-end verification strategy for DRAM analog and mixed-signal IPs, including Block level Analog/Digital Verification coverage, PowerUp verification, Reliability/ESIRA sims coverage, behavioral model development, analog/digital functional and timing checks coverage.
- Define and review verification plans, ensuring completeness, risk mitigation, and alignment with design intent.
- Drive block-level, top-level, and full-chip analog verification sign-off, including corner coverage and quality closure.
- Own verification architecture, test planning, and sign-off for complex IPs or chip-level designs.
- Define functional, code, and assertion coverage strategy and drive coverage closure.
- Identify verification risks early and architecture decisions to improve design quality.
- Ability to identify verification difficulties suitable for AI-based automation and collaborate with multi-functional teams to deploy scalable solutions.
Core Requirements
- Strong expertise in Mentoring/Training/Leading Analog/Mixed blocks verification and its related activities and experience with memory technologies (DRAM, HBM, PHY, controller, or high-speed interfaces) is a plus.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Exposure to chip-level verification, multi-IP integration, or high-bandwidth architectures and experience working with globally distributed engineering teams
- Analytical capability for complex CMOS and/or gate level circuit designs/verification.
- Proficient with Spice/Mixed signal/Digital simulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Expertise in Analog and Mixed signal Verification, understand the usage of tools like Virtuoso, primesim/ Finseim, Hspice, Xcellium, Simvision, Waveview. And hands on experience in writing Verilog Models. Verilog A/MS, RVM model writing is a plus.
- Experience in Digital verification tolls like Virtuoso, Xcellium, Simvision, Verdi/Verisium is a plus.
- Must possess good communication, debugging skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Should be proactive in exploring and leveraging AI-related tools in day-to-day tasks.
- Experience using AI-assisted tools to improve verification productivity, with a strong emphasis on correctness, validation, and responsible use of enterprise-approved AI systems.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 10 - 15 years of experience in ASIC / SoC / Memory Analog/Mixed Signal verification with increasing technical responsibility
