Summary:
The Placements Manager will be responsible for building and managing hiring partnerships with companies, startups, and GCCs, while ensuring students are matched with relevant internship and full-time opportunities. This role involves corporate outreach, relationship management, student tracking, and execution of placement activities in a structured and consistent manner.
Responsibilities:
• Build and manage partnerships with companies, startups, and GCCs for internships and full-time roles
• Reach out to HRs, founders, and hiring managers to establish and close placement tie-ups
• Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with hiring partners
• Maintain an updated database of enrolled students, including their skills, preferences, and placement readiness
• Map students to relevant opportunities based on role requirements and student profiles
• Coordinate closely with students and recruiters to ensure timely and smooth hiring processes
• Plan and execute placement drives across campuses (both virtual and offline)
• Track placement pipelines, hiring progress, and conversion outcomes
• Ensure a consistent and professional experience for both students and hiring partners

Requirements
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in placements, recruitment, business development, or corporate partnerships
- Experience in EdTech, campus placements, or hiring ecosystems is preferred
- Exposure to startup or tech hiring environments is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
- Understanding of hiring processes and common tech/domain roles
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM tools, or tracking systems
