We are looking for an Operational Engineer who will:
Design and implement cross-product integration solutions across SSO, UX, APIs, and automated workflows.
Build, test, deploy, and operate services end-to-end across the platform.
Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure and automation on AWS.
Work with containerized applications and Kubernetes-based orchestration.
Develop features and automation using Python and C#.
Ensure operational excellence by delivering highly available and scalable systems with monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
Manage Work Order processes for onboarding internal applications and external customer identity providers.
Own the full lifecycle of services including development, deployment, and production operations.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability, and integration across systems.
Leverage AI code assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, Windsurf) to enhance development efficiency.
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:
4–5 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or related roles.
Strong experience with AWS cloud environments.
Proficiency in Python and C#.
Hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
Experience with containers and Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of APIs, web portals, and distributed systems.
Experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident management in production environments.
Ability to manage end-to-end delivery (build, test, deploy, operate).
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
