Support and monitor critical mainframe batch jobs in a 24x7 environment. Responsibilities include resolving job abends, troubleshooting late jobs and streams, managing SLA adherence, escalating production incidents, participating in critical incident calls, and supporting development, documentation, testing, and quality assurance activities. The role requires on-call and periodic weekend support, strong communication, analytical problem-solving, and flexibility to work from Hyderabad or Bengaluru.

Test database-driven applications and data warehouse products through manual, automated, functional, regression, integration, load, stress, and performance testing. Validate data accuracy, schema integrity, and query performance across environments. Develop test scripts, maintain test suites, document results, report defects, and collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver stable, secure, scalable releases.

Develop next-generation mobile network test probes for 4G, 5G, and IoT using C and C++ on Linux. Simulate voice, SMS, and data services, implement telecom signaling, and help mobile operators validate service performance. Responsibilities include collaborating in an agile team, solving complex technical problems, supporting customers, and taking ownership of high-tech software solutions.

Lead design, development, and testing of scalable software systems across the full lifecycle. Architect backend-focused full-stack solutions, optimize performance, debug complex issues, and implement testing and CI practices. Mentor junior engineers, collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, and participate in agile ceremonies to drive delivery and continuous improvement.

Design, develop, test, and deploy C#/.NET applications within Agile teams. Collaborate with product owners on requirements, produce design specs and technical documentation, debug complex issues, perform unit/integration/system testing, mentor junior engineers, and communicate with stakeholders.
