The Billing Systems Analyst II monitors billing systems, troubleshoots issues, engages with customers, and manages workflows while ensuring system performance and adherence to SLAs.

The Scrum Master facilitates Agile processes, coordinates multiple teams, manages risks, and drives continuous improvement to deliver solutions on time.

Provide Level 2 technical support for customers, troubleshoot issues, manage service activation processes, and ensure customer satisfaction. Requires knowledge in billing, telecommunication, and CSG products.
