Conduct manual and automated testing of CCS applications, including functional, regression, integration, application, and end-to-end testing. Create test plans, cases, scripts, and data; analyze requirements and results; investigate root causes; track defects; and support release validation. Develop automation using Reqnroll/SpecFlow and contribute to testing improvements through Azure DevOps and Jenkins while collaborating in Agile development teams.

Supports and administers mainframe development tools and critical tooling platforms, ensuring high availability and participating in on-call rotations, upgrades, and migrations. Develops integrations between mainframe and distributed systems using APIs, scripting, DevOps, and CI/CD automation. Evaluates modernization technologies, enables AI-assisted development tools, and streamlines workflows through automation. Requires expertise in mainframe utilities, COBOL, JCL, scripting languages, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Chef.

Support and monitor critical mainframe batch jobs in a 24x7 environment. Responsibilities include resolving job abends, troubleshooting late jobs and streams, managing SLA adherence, escalating production incidents, participating in critical incident calls, and supporting development, documentation, testing, and quality assurance activities. The role requires on-call and periodic weekend support, strong communication, analytical problem-solving, and flexibility to work from Hyderabad or Bengaluru.
