Job Summary
Primary Duties
Execution of the new hire onboarding process (send out welcome letter, offer letter, onboarding paperwork, first timesheet instructions)
Notify internal Pinnacle stakeholders of candidate updates, concerns, and opportunities
Actively communicate with suppliers, candidates, partners, and other parties regarding onboarding details
Initiate, track, and complete pre-employment screens
Complete all post-hire requirements and clearance audit
