MD-GenAI Engineer

Designs and deploys production AI assistants, copilots, agents, RAG systems, and intelligent automations. Integrates LLMs with Snowflake, AWS, enterprise applications, and workflow platforms to automate business processes. Builds backend services and serverless workflows, implements observability and responsible AI controls, and scales validated prototypes into reliable production solutions. Partners with technical and business teams to improve decision-making, efficiency, quality, and cost performance.

Manage multiple customer-facing professional services engagements, including Percipio platform implementations, integrations, and learning delivery projects. Responsibilities include defining scope, building schedules, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets and risks, tracking progress, controlling changes, and communicating status to customers and leadership. The role requires billable consulting experience, strong virtual collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Manage professional services engagements for enterprise learning customers. Responsibilities include developing project plans, facilitating sessions, designing blended learning programs, conducting needs analyses, advising on learning strategy, curating content, creating communications and marketing materials, measuring outcomes, reporting results, managing risks, and coordinating stakeholders. The consultant serves as the primary liaison between Skillsoft and customers, ensuring deliverables meet contract scope, quality, timelines, and business goals.
