As Entertainment Technical Manager, you will oversee all aspects of technical entertainment, including lighting, sound, video, and broadcast, ensuring that entertainment productions are held to a high standard while maintaining the safety of the entire department. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring the maintenance and repair of technical equipment.

- Manage all technical aspects of entertainment productions to ensure they meet high standards of quality and professionalism.
- Oversee the safety of the entire technical department, implementing measures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage inventory for technical equipment and supplies, including ordering, receiving, and tracking inventory levels.
- Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to support ongoing productions and events.
- Coordinate and oversee the maintenance and repair of technical equipment, including scheduling maintenance tasks and repairs as needed.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Schedule and supervise the technical team, including technicians and operators.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively.

- Minimum 21 years old
- Relevant ship experience is preferred
- Good level of English language
- Ship experience is preferred
- Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with guests, department heads and crewmembers to foresee and resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.
