What will you do?
- Accountable for the country’s Applied Equipment product revenues and growth
- Serve as the first window of support and closely work with the extended GPS teams including product managers, application engineers, factory teams on support to country’s sales channels
- Solicit customers and field teams feedback to identify and initiate new product initiatives and build business case of product investments with sales organizations
- Assist sales in driving Basis-of-Design (BoD) in market and early engagement in key projects
- Undertake CMPO function of JCI equipment cost optimizations and value engineering of bid offering
- Deliver internal sales training and support external customer educational activities
- Maintain market and competitive data to develop analytics for product decisions and internal reporting
What we look for?
- Degree holder with minimum 5 yrs exposure in HVAC domain with sound knowledge in JCI HVAC offering
- Good knowledge of local market and competition in HVAC domain
- A strong team player who takes lead of collaborative efforts across stakeholders of GPS and field sales organizations
- A pro-active driver with an ownership mindset who can develop actionable plans and take ownership of execution to make results happen
- A good networker who can develop connections with key customers and professional associations to influence
- Good English proficiency
