Position Summary...The Manager, Process Improvement identifies and leads process improvement work that resolves systemic gaps, improves operational execution, and prevents recurring issues across Marketplace Risk Operations. This role manages Process Improvement requests through discovery, stakeholder engagement, process analysis, SOP updates and implementation support to ensure work is clearly scoped, prioritized, documented, and completed effectively. This role partners with cross- functional teams to align strategies, simplify processes, and drive operational efficiency.
