MyOperator is looking for a Manager – Enterprise Sales who has the drive and passion for building profitable enterprises from the ground up. The primary charter of this role will be to drive new sales for MyOperator within a designated region. He or She will be an excellent hunter, door opening abilities and Business Development skills to enter established accounts and get large orders, should be Excellent at relationship building, nurturing, and maintaining contacts.
MyOperator is a leading call management system used by over 6,000+ businesses in India across Industries. We aim to reach a million businesses across the globe in the next 10 years & to help businesses sell more, serve more. The person would be responsible for delivering sales that can drive the next 10X growth.
Key Responsibility Area
- Developing and managing relationships within enterprise business segment customers focusing on specific regions and Conduct planned outbound calls/campaigns to defined target accounts with a focus on sales.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of competition, has a customer-first mentality, and an excellent listener who knows how to ask effective follow-on questions
- Demonstrating our product and creating differentiated value prepositions
- Operational responsibilities include accurate pipeline reporting and quarterly sales forecasts are done smoothly and effectively.
- Ensure daily/weekly updates of the pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to the sales leadership team on an ongoing basis using CRM.
- Maintain regular check-ins with the lead generation team and others who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against the plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem-solving.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum 1 year of team handling experience.
- 4-7 years of experience in enterprise software/analytics sales with a proven track record of generating pipeline and new conversions, and successfully achieving and overachieving targets in prior stints
- Sound understanding of the sales cycle and consultative selling approach
- Excellent communication skills, adept at making executive presentations to connect with stakeholders at varying levels in the client organization.
- Ability to build exceptional relationships
- Technologically fluent, comfortable with both using and discussing technology
