Manager, Human Resources - Culture, Organizational Development, & Communication

We are looking for a Culture, Organizational Development, & Communications professional.
Title and comp will be based on experience and competency level.
Job duties
· Contribute to the development of a robust culture through role modelling Tiger values and the behaviors which drive this culture
· Foster an inclusive work environment where every team member feels valued for their contributions, while upholding the organization's development brand
· Consults with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance
· Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategies, programs and workshops designed to enhance employee engagement, driving a high-performance organization aligned with our core values
· Recognizes and integrates best practices and key learnings into designing and executing various development initiatives, action plans, programs, and training resources
· Design and lead initiatives including research and diagnostics (e.g. annual employee engagement survey and exit interviews), to maximize the engagement of all employees and build organizational commitment to the desired culture
· Assessing the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction
· Offer coaching and guidance to managers and employees on organizational development topics, such as performance management and career growth
· Collaborate with external consultants and vendors as needed to support organizational development initiatives
· Work in partnership with Tigers internal teams on effective internal communications in support of organizational development
· Develop internal communications strategies,protocols and initiatives that will foster employee morale & that builds brand recognition and employee satisfaction
· Determine strategic communications campaigns that will help further organizational goals and manage release dates for recurring publications & newsletters
· Implement company’s communication plan in order to increase brand awareness and communicate brand value to both internal and external stakeholders
· Enhance the organization's human resources offerings by planning, implementing, and evaluating a wide range of HR policies, programs, and practices, while overseeing the administration of key HR functions such as compensation, benefits, leave management, disciplinary actions, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, as well as initiatives focused on productivity, recognition, morale, occupational health and safety, and training development
· Perform other related duties as assigned
· 8+ years of work experience in Human Resources
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or other related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
· Strong presentation and communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
· Comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices of HR
· Collaborative approach across the organization to maximize outcomes
· Must be willing to work in Europe & US Time Zone
· Comfortable working in a remote first environment with a globally distributed team
· Strong data and analytics skills using Excel and google docs, etc.
· Ability to navigate across different HR tools platforms
· Strong project management skills

Key Notes:
· This role will be based in India only
· This role will require the team member to work in shifts

· Designation will be commensurate with expertise/experience. Compensation packages are among the best in the industry
