Manage strategic B2B key accounts, support account planning and pipeline development, monitor market and competitor trends, achieve sales and revenue targets, prepare pricing proposals, negotiate deals, coordinate order-to-cash activities, and collaborate with internal teams to execute projects. Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, strengthen customer relationships, resolve issues, and represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
A. Primary Responsibilities
Strategic- Identify, develop, and manage strategic key accounts in the B2B segments
- Support the General Manager in account planning, pipeline development, and opportunity prioritization.
- Monitor market trends, policy developments, and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
- Deliver sales targets and contribute to overall revenue and margin goals.
- Prepare pricing proposals and negotiate deals within defined commercial frameworks.
- Support timely order-to-cash cycles by coordinating with finance for invoicing and collections.
- Coordinate across internal functions (pre-sales, engineering, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and deal status in CRM systems.
- Serve as a single point of contact for assigned key accounts.
- Build long-term customer relationships by ensuring high satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.
