Manages corporate communications and the CMD’s public profile, including speeches, briefing materials, media coordination, thought leadership, and engagement calendars. Builds and manages the CMD’s presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, blogs, and other digital channels; develops content calendars, coordinates creative agencies, monitors analytics, and reports performance. Supports branding, marketing, and corporate affairs initiatives while handling sensitive leadership communications with discretion.

Leads risk-based internal audits across manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, finance, HR, IT, projects, and commercial operations. Evaluates controls, compliance, governance, fraud risks, and process effectiveness; develops audit programs and reports findings to senior management and audit committees. Oversees manufacturing and solar operations audits, data analytics, continuous monitoring, risk assessments, recommendation closure, stakeholder collaboration, and external auditor or regulatory reviews.

Manage strategic B2B key accounts, support account planning and pipeline development, monitor market and competitor trends, achieve sales and revenue targets, prepare pricing proposals, negotiate deals, coordinate order-to-cash activities, and collaborate with internal teams to execute projects. Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, strengthen customer relationships, resolve issues, and represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Manage end-to-end FTL shipment operations including planning, tracking, vendor and fleet management, customer coordination, documentation, cost control, and performance reporting. Use TMS and GPS tools, maintain MIS dashboards, ensure compliance, optimize routing and freight costs, handle escalations, and coordinate with internal teams while supporting junior staff.

Manage end-to-end FTL operations including planning, monitoring, and resolving shipment issues. Onboard and manage transport vendors, negotiate rates, control costs, and ensure compliance and documentation. Coordinate with customers and internal teams, maintain MIS dashboards, use TMS/GPS for tracking, and optimize routing to meet KPIs.
