Manage strategic B2B key accounts, support account planning and pipeline development, monitor market and competitor trends, achieve sales and revenue targets, prepare pricing proposals, negotiate deals, coordinate order-to-cash activities, and collaborate with internal teams to execute projects. Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, strengthen customer relationships, resolve issues, and represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Drives EHS compliance, safety audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions across manufacturing facilities. Manages ESG reporting aligned with GRI, BRSR, SDG, and related frameworks; oversees sustainability data collection and validation. Monitors Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, supports decarbonization, and leads initiatives for energy conservation, water reduction, waste management, circular economy practices, and sustainable manufacturing.

Manage end-to-end FTL shipment operations including planning, tracking, vendor and fleet management, customer coordination, documentation, cost control, and performance reporting. Use TMS and GPS tools, maintain MIS dashboards, ensure compliance, optimize routing and freight costs, handle escalations, and coordinate with internal teams while supporting junior staff.

Manage end-to-end FTL operations including planning, monitoring, and resolving shipment issues. Onboard and manage transport vendors, negotiate rates, control costs, and ensure compliance and documentation. Coordinate with customers and internal teams, maintain MIS dashboards, use TMS/GPS for tracking, and optimize routing to meet KPIs.
