Position Purpose:
The Manager – CEO’s Office will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, driving high-impact initiatives across finance, capital strategy, investor engagement, and corporate development. The role requires a strong background in Treasury, Investor Relations, and Due Diligence, with prior experience in consulting or a comparable industry peer. This individual will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making, capital allocation, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional execution of key business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & CEO Office Support
Act as a thought partner to the CEO on strategic, financial, and operational priorities.
Track and drive execution of key CEO-level initiatives across departments.
Perform variance analysis and trend analysis on SG&A and provide support in budgeting and forecasting process for reporting of SG&A.
Conduct financial and strategic analysis to support decision-making.
2. Treasury & Capital Management
Develop and maintain accurate short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting models and liquidity monitoring.
Monitor cash flow, debt covenants, and financing arrangements.
Respond to lender and credit agencies due diligence queries, including preparation and review of financial information, schedules, and reconciliations.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of lender reporting packages.
Support capital structure planning, liquidity management, and funding strategies.
3. Investor Relations
Support preparation of investor decks, earnings materials, and investor communication.
Financial performance analysis vs budget and prior periods.
Support ad-hoc investor queries with clear, data-backed responses
Support investor meetings, roadshows, and Q&A preparation.
Lead preparation of board materials, strategic reviews, and executive presentations
4. Due Diligence & Corporate Development
Lead financial and commercial due diligence for M&A, partnerships, and investments.
Coordinate with external advisors (consultants, auditors, legal counsel).
Build financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, comparables, transaction analysis).
Support integration planning and post-transaction tracking.
5. Cross-Functional Project Leadership
Lead special projects directly sponsored by the CEO.
Work closely with Finance, Strategy, Operations, and Legal teams.
Establish KPIs and tracking mechanisms for strategic initiatives.
