Since we believe in 100% organic growth, candidates are recruited as Management Trainees and groomed through on-the-job training across 3 levels. By the end of the training period, they manage and lead a team of 12–15 people.
Level 1 — Management Trainee (Month 1–2):
Field Sales / Customer Acquisition / Card Activation / Brand Representation
Level 2 — (Month 3): Promoter/ SR. Associate
Team Support / New Agent Training / Spot Management / Daily Reporting/Recruitment
Level 3 — Group Leader/ Team Leader (Month 4–6):
Team Management / Territory Operations / Leadership / Conflict Handling

Key Responsibilities:
