Who You Are:
The L&D Professional is responsible for delivering high-impact learning solutions that drive organizational capability, performance, and scalability. This role combines deep instructional design expertise, program management, adult learning methodologies, technology fluency, and strong facilitation skills. The individual will lead the full learning lifecycle- from Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to design, development, deployment, and evaluation across cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Training Needs Analysis & Learning Strategy
- Conduct deep-dive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across functions to identify skill gaps and capability priorities.
- Partner with People business partners and leadership to define learning goals aligned with organizational strategy.
- Translate business requirements and performance insights into learning roadmaps, aligned to the broader L&D strategy
Instructional Design & Content Development
- Lead the end-to-end design of scalable, blended learning solutions (e-learning, ILT, VILT, microlearning, toolkits, simulations).
- Apply ADDIE, Agile Learning, and adult learning principles.
- Create assessment tools, skill matrices, and learning assets that support measurable outcomes.
L&D Technology Management
- Administer and optimize the LMS/LXP and content platforms (e.g., Sana)
- Manage content architecture, automation workflows, reporting, and AI-powered personalization features.
- Ensure data accuracy on HRIS and coordinate with People Tech for integrations.
Facilitation & Program Delivery
- Facilitate engaging workshops, leadership programs, and capability-building experiences.
- Coach SMEs, managers, and facilitators on delivery best practices.
- Track learner engagement and satisfaction metrics and refine programs based on feedback.
Program Management & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Drive L&D projects from discovery through execution and evaluation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (CS, Sales, Product, Ops, Engineering, HR) as the Learning Partner
- Support budget planning and vendor proposals for learning interventions.
Measurement, Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Define program-level KPIs and success measures (performance metrics, behavioral change, operational efficiency).
- Use learning analytics to continuously improve curriculum effectiveness.
Compliance Training Administration
- Administer all compliance and mandatory training, including content updates, assignment, tracking, and reporting.
- Partner with Legal, Security, IT, and People teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all compliance content.
- Manage ongoing compliance training cycles and coordinate Compliance Month communications, execution, and completion tracking.
What You’ll Bring:
- 8+ years of experice in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Organizational Development.
- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable learning programs in high-growth environments.
- Certified in instructional design, facilitation, enor coaching (CPTD, ATD, Kirkpatrick, etc., preferred).
- Strong proficiency in learning platforms: Sana, LMS/LXP systems, authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Camtasia, etc.).
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, data-driven problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Autonomy: Operates independently with minimal oversight; manages complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Thought Leadership: Ability to influence modern learning innovations, AI usage in L&D, and best practices.
- Execution Excellence: Drives programs from concept to completion with measurable business impact.
