Role Overview
We are hiring driven Jr. Regional Managers for on-ground sales and community outreach. This role involves field execution, relationship-based sales, and direct engagement with senior citizens to drive local growth and trust.
Key Responsibilities
● Promote Khyaal’s memberships and services through on-ground awareness and consultative selling.
● Achieve local sales targets through field visits and referrals.
● Organize and manage small community events, demos, and engagement sessions.
● Build relationships with senior communities, RWAs, and welfare associations.
● Identify new outreach opportunities via local networking.
● Track and report field activities, leads, and conversions.
● Ensure post-sales support to drive satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
● 1–3 years of experience in field sales, outreach, or community engagement.
● Strong communication skills with an empathetic, people-first approach.
● Fluency in the local language and understanding of the local culture.
● Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
● Target-driven, self-motivated personality.
● Experience with senior citizens is a plus.
