JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What You Will Do:Sales Operations & Administrative Support- Assist the Sales team with administrative and operational tasks related to advertising campaigns.
- Support data entry and campaign setup within RTS systems for call campaigns and commercial activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for ongoing sales activities and projects.
- Ensure campaign and client information is updated and organized properly.
Campaign Coordination & Project Management
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to support campaign execution timelines and deliverables.
- Assist in tracking campaign progress, deliverables, and status updates.
- Help ensure smooth communication flow between Sales, Ad Ops, Campaign Planning, and other operational teams.
- Support project coordination for ongoing and upcoming commercial campaigns.
Finance & Commercial Liaison
- Act as a coordination point between Sales and Finance teams for invoicing, documentation, and related processes.
- Follow up on required financial documents, billing status, and campaign-related administrative matters.
- Support reconciliation and internal tracking processes where required.
Reporting, Insights & Upsell Support
- Work with Ad Ops and related stakeholders on PCRs (Post Campaign Reports).
- Assist in preparing campaign performance reports and extracting key insights.
- Support the Sales team with upsell recommendations and data-backed observations from campaign performance.
- Assist in preparing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with performance insights and supporting materials.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with multiple departments to support commercial and operational objectives.
- Participate in internal discussions and coordination meetings when required.
- Provide operational support to help improve workflow efficiency and campaign execution.
Who you are:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Media, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and administrative systems.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
- Familiarity with digital media, advertising, or campaign reporting is a plus.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of digital advertising campaigns and reporting metrics.
- Interest in media sales, digital marketing, or commercial operations.
