The Sales Advisor will generate leads and acquire new Pay TV subscribers, manage sales activities, and ensure customer satisfaction through compliance and relationship management.

Support international news reporting by tracking global developments, verifying facts with AI and manual methods, crafting multiformat stories, collaborating on visuals and data, optimizing distribution across platforms, and engaging international audiences using analytics.

Lead end-to-end data science initiatives across pay TV, digital products, media sales, and customer lifecycle. Design, deploy, monitor ML/AI solutions (churn, propensity, personalization, recommendation, forecasting), partner with stakeholders, build data pipelines, run experiments (A/B, uplift), mentor teams, and translate analytics into measurable commercial impact.

Prepare and submit corporate and service tax returns, compute tax provisions and deferred tax for reporting, review agreements for tax implications, support tax audits and finalization, and liaise with tax authorities, auditors and internal finance teams.

Lead and grow Astro, Sooka, and NJOI partnership portfolio across telcos, consumer brands, banks, and platforms. Source, structure, negotiate, and close commercial deals; build pipeline and forecasts; manage contracts, partner governance, performance tracking, and renewals. Work cross-functionally to deliver deals and drive partnership-driven revenue and subscriber growth while developing a high-performance partnerships team.

Support radio content creation and scheduling, edit and produce audio, assist live broadcasts and interviews, help develop social media and marketing campaigns, monitor listener feedback and music trends, and support post-production and studio tasks.

Own A&P budget to maximize ROI; lead offline media strategy (Radio, OOH, Print) including negotiation and execution; translate research and brand health data into actionable insights; and drive cross-functional collaboration with agencies, sales, and performance teams.

Support development of AI, automation, and digital intelligence solutions: Python scripting, data collection/preparation, testing internal tools and dashboards, OSINT/data analysis, research on LLMs and automation, and maintain documentation and code repositories for proof-of-concept projects.

Lead a team designing, delivering, and scaling AI and automation solutions across Azure and Microsoft 365. Manage hybrid identity, Azure operations, M365 administration, security/compliance, on-prem servers, vendor relations, and AI strategy (Copilot, OpenAI, Cognitive Services). Oversee governance, POCs, and enterprise adoption while providing L2/3 support and project delivery.

Support product development by collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, document user stories, assist QA testing, conduct user research and Chinese market and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and improve user experience.

Monitor audio/video quality and interactive services across DTH, broadband and new media from the Master Control Room. Perform network and system monitoring, fault resolution, ticket handling and first-level recovery to maintain 99.98% on-air availability. Coordinate live event monitoring, escalate issues per SOP, and prepare shift/weekly operations reports.

Build and own end-to-end customer-facing features for web and mobile. Develop backend services and RESTful APIs in Node.js/TypeScript, responsive frontends in React/Next.js, integrate AI/LLM features, work with AWS infrastructure, ensure observability and security, contribute to CI/CD and testing, and mentor junior engineers in an Agile team.

Coordinate with internal channel business units and external content providers to schedule and process media files, subtitles, images/posters, and live feed recordings. Issue production work orders, manage delivery timelines, handle urgent requests (including weekends/public holidays), and assist senior associates in departmental tasks while maintaining attention to detail and independent teamwork.

Lead corporate development, strategy and investor relations: evaluate partnerships, M&A and investments; build financial models and business cases; drive BPR and corporate KPI monitoring; gather market intelligence and competitive analysis; manage research projects and vendor contracts; prepare Board and market reporting; engage investors and lead corporate finance initiatives including project financing and asset optimization.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and modelling; provide in-depth financial analysis and variance reporting; partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive performance; ensure budgets are reflected in SAP; optimise processes and support ad-hoc strategic projects and senior leadership decision-making.

Lead product and content marketing for key properties, own agency relationships and campaign execution, collaborate cross-functionally to build GTM plans, analyse campaign performance to drive acquisition, upsell and revenue, and manage and grow marketing team members.

Manage end-to-end digital campaign setup, trafficking, monitoring, optimization, troubleshooting, and reporting. Lead a small team to enforce SLAs, implement SOPs, liaise with ad tech and verification vendors, and apply insights to improve campaign performance across programmatic and social platforms.

Lead product and trade marketing for Astro PayTV: define GTM strategy across ATL/BTL/online/on-ground, align stakeholders, manage campaign rollouts, measure performance, drive partnerships and continuous improvement, and act as project manager for initiatives and business plans.

Lead design and governance of total rewards (base, variable, LTIPs, benefits); run annual compensation cycles, job evaluation and levelling; manage performance frameworks and cycles; perform compensation analytics, benchmarking and market intelligence; partner on reward-related projects and enablement to support people strategy.
