Oversee end-to-end creative development and production of primarily Chinese scripted content: source and develop stories, guide scripts to production-ready quality, supervise pre-production, production and post-production, coordinate with production partners, support marketing/publicity and commissioning, approve promotional materials, and protect brand and commercial standards.

Monitor social media for story opportunities, create and promote multimedia content to drive traffic to Awani web and TV, engage audiences, harvest user-generated content, and advise the editorial team on trends.

Support marketing campaign execution and reward fulfilment for AstroBiz and seasonal campaigns. Track performance and fulfilment progress, coordinate with winners, manage data and reporting, schedule fulfilment activities, assist stakeholders, and provide operational support for ad hoc marketing projects.
