IBE Analyst & Project Coordinator
Noida /Pune-India
IBE – Data Analysis & Reporting
An IBE is a site-delivered service that provides actionable intelligence to help our customers make data-driven decisions regarding the support and obsolescence management of their installed base assets.
Your Responsibilities:
Principal duties and responsibilities for Services:
- Drive Process Assignments in compliance with established SOPs and guidelines. Performs a wide variety of administrative/operational duties for assigned and associated team(s) & function(s) globally.
- Responsible for collating enabling data to process assigned tasks in coordination with associated partners under minimal supervision and ensuring all relevant policies & procedures compliance.
- Understand business to provide excellent services with high quality compliance. Demonstrate strong teamwork, acceptance to feedback, partnering PNLs with associated teams & continuously evolving to achieve excellence.
- Work with on-shore & off-shore/regional & local partners to ensure compliance & smooth processing of the tasks/transactions/projects/assignments/deliverables assigned.
- Reporting to Team Lead
- Ownership & accountability for all assignments/projects/transactions in terms of ensuring KPIs and Productivity Metrices of associated function/sub-function.
- Consistently adapt operational methodologies and introduce innovations, global initiatives, and expert methods, to drive the business forward.
- Willingness to collaborate with the team manager as and when requested, for additional assignments
- Proactively acknowledge and address assigned queries/root cause analysis/mitigation or optimization plans.
- Recording and documenting all critical and important communications/initiatives/savings to optimize deliveries.
- Flexible and motivated to fit in dynamic and growing professional environment.

- Flexible to work in Global Time Zones in accordance with the function/process need to deliver/support on delegated assignments.
- Should have or can work in Data/Business/Supply Chain/Backend Operations with professional working exposure of Data Analysis & Reporting/Project Management.
- Good to have Lean Six Sigma Certifications/Quality & Audit Certifications/MIS Certification.
