Role Description
- Partner closely with business and leadership teams to design and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle for the Pune location – including onboarding, engagement, performance discussions, and exits.
• Drive a culture of transparency, inclusivity, and continuous feedback through proactive HR programs and initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership on workforce trends, attrition, and engagement.
• Partner with leadership during appraisals, promotions, and workforce planning discussions.
- Build strong relationships with employees and leaders to foster engagement, collaboration, and retention.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues while ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth hiring, onboarding, and workforce readiness for the Pune office.
• Implement HR initiatives that drive high performance, employee well-being, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead performance management processes – including goal setting, feedback cycles, and development planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Track and analyze key HR metrics to identify trends and propose proactive interventions.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance leadership and managerial effectiveness.
• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the Pune location, ensuring alignment of all HR activities with 66degrees’ culture and values.
