ROLE: HRBP / HR GENERALISTWe are looking for an experienced HR Generalist / HRBP to manage core HR operations, employee relations, payroll and engagement activities while partnering with team leaders.
Employee Engagement – Culture-building initiatives, team events, pulse surveys & recognition programs
Grievance Handling – Employee concerns, workplace conflicts & disciplinary actions
Payroll Management – End-to-end monthly payroll, PF, ESI, Tax compliance & payslips
Leave & Attendance – Time tracking, leave balances, encashments & HRIS updates
HR Operations – Onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews & employee support
REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of hands-on experience as HRBP / HR Generalist
Strong knowledge of Payroll, HRIS & MS Excel
Good understanding of Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance
Strong Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution skills
Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant field
