HR Operations - Manager:
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing HR operations and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Managing HRIS and other HR systems.
- Leading HR projects and initiatives such as system upgrades, process improvements, and organizational changes.
- Coordinating and managing onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Contract Labour Management
- Laision with govt officials and manage external environment
- Overseeing employee relations, performance management, and employee development programs.
- Handling Grievance, Legal Matters & Discipline Management
- Managing employee benefits administration and ensuring effective communication of benefits programs.
- Conducting HR audits and ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Qualification:
- Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, or similar role with Minimum 10+ Years of experience.
- MBA / Equivalent, law qualification will have added advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, laws, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Analytical skills for HR data management and reporting.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
