HR Operations - Manager:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing HR operations and day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Managing HRIS and other HR systems.
  • Leading HR projects and initiatives such as system upgrades, process improvements, and organizational changes.
  • Coordinating and managing onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Contract Labour Management
  • Laision with govt officials and manage external environment
  • Overseeing employee relations, performance management, and employee development programs.
  • Handling Grievance, Legal Matters & Discipline Management
  • Managing employee benefits administration and ensuring effective communication of benefits programs.
  • Conducting HR audits and ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Qualification:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, or similar role with Minimum 10+ Years of experience.
  • MBA / Equivalent, law qualification will have added advantage.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, laws, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Analytical skills for HR data management and reporting.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • High Action Orientation & Integrity
