Maintains employee and contract labor attendance, leave, shift scheduling, manpower deployment, and payroll-related reports. Ensures compliance with labor laws, standing orders, and company policies while supporting onboarding, documentation, statutory audits, and HR operations.
- Maintain daily attendance records through biometric and manual systems.
- Monitor employee in-time, out-time, absenteeism, late coming, and early leaving.
- Prepare and verify monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
- Manage employee leave records including casual leave, earned leave, sick leave, and other statutory leaves.
- Coordinate shift scheduling and manpower deployment with departmental heads.
- Generate and share MIS reports related to attendance, absenteeism, and manpower.
