What You'll Do Most Of The Time
- Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to improve search rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization.
- Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and page speed for better user experience and search rankings.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Identify and fix technical SEO issues, including indexing, crawling, and structured data optimizations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Track, report, and communicate SEO performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- 4+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in the B2B or eCommerce industry.
- Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Strong understanding of Google Search algorithms, Core Web Vitals, and E-E-A-T principles.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for troubleshooting technical SEO issues.
- Experience in content strategy, link-building, and local SEO.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
It’s okay if you don’t have all of these skills, but be excited about learning the ones you don’t know yet.
- Experience working with large-scale websites and international SEO.
- Familiarity with Python or SQL for data analysis.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, paid search, and social media marketing.
- Understanding of AI-driven SEO tools and automation.
