The role
Human Resources management develops and delivers the firm's People and Talent Strategy, designs and delivers the firm's people practices, designs employee and candidate experiences, and advises the firm's leadership on organisational and individual people matters.
The HR Reporting and Analytics team provides the quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends required to help leaders across organization make informed business decisions to build the workplace of the future.
Who you will work with
As HR Reporting and Analytics Lead, you will collaborate with global functional leads within HR, Regional HR leaders and HRBPs to lead the roadmap of the People Data, Reporting and Analytics function. This role utilizes various systems and data sources to deliver reports and dashboards.

As HR Reporting and Analytics Lead, you will lead the People Data, Reporting and Analytics function of the organization. This is an important role requiring both technical knowledge and business awareness, providing stimulating opportunities to contribute to the People Strategy and key priorities.
What you will do
Strategic/Operational Responsibilities
- In partnership with Global HR Operations Lead, take forward and lead the data and reporting strategy defined for Global HR.
- Translate business requirements into sound and comprehensive analytical framework through appropriate usage of advanced statistical techniques.
- Implement and automate business needs on Workday and BI tool for real time HR analytics.
- Drive analytics maturity through continuous improvement in data quality data management practices, and standard tools and capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.
- Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics that drive insights focused on business issues and priorities.
- Preparation of various Reports to support the Management needs and ensuring timely adherence to deadlines
- Assist in various HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives along with the Global HR Operations Lead.
- Drive our data management and governance approach and processes.
- Drive Analytics platform's adoption across the HR organisation
- Partner with global HR colleagues to understand their needs and business questions to determine the required analysis and deliverables.
- Maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders to understand what is important to leadership and build relevant analysis and interpretation.
People Leadership and Team Management Responsibilities
- Build the function through hiring the required technical expertise and sustaining the high-performance team.
- Develop capabilities of team members through objective setting, defining clear roles & responsibilities, and cultivating an environment of accountability
- Embed the firm's code of conduct and values across the team
- Ensuring appropriate succession/back-up planning of team members, to avoid breakage in service
- Creating and fostering a culture of constant learning, teamwork, camaraderie, and mutual respect
- Maintaining low attrition scores, and high employee and customer satisfaction ratings.
Your experience
Desired Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience in MIS, Statistics, or similar field.
- Experience in managing projects for diversified reporting systems.
- Strong experience should be around Workday Reporting tools, Data architecture, Data Quality Management and Data visualisation.
- Worked on BI/Analytics projects.
- Knowledge of Workday Reporting, SQL, Power BI, Excel.
- Good to have knowledge of programming, Python, Tableau and other analytical tools.
- Knowledge of HR processes and HR technology applications and professional experience in HR or supporting HR analytics.
- Excellent data management and analysis skills to assemble, clean and analyze data effectively.
- Understand the process of data integration: including workforce data from central systems such as Workday and other HR applications including recruiting and talent technologies.
- Eagerness to learn new things and understand the bigger picture.
- Curiosity to better understand current processes and continual desire to improve on processes with ability to ask the right questions to improve quality of work.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality, accuracy along with attention to detail.
