Fyp is a fintech brand under parent company Pockket Payment Technologies Pvt.Ltd and is the brainchild of Former ITC Finance Employee- Kapil Banwari. The fintech venture is working towards creation of innovative payments solutions and NEO Banking products specifically catering the Teenager segment. Fyp is a financial literacy and pocket money management product for Teenagers which will help them to have their own digital payment account and a debit card to make online and offline payments and learn money management skills at an early age. With the help of Fyp, the minors i.e GenZ below 18 years can have their own payment wallet and debit card and use the same to earn and receive money, spend for online or offline shopping digitally or through tap and pay card and invest their savings in investment products. Recently, the company has raised $ 2 M (INR 15 Crores) from angel investors and is targeting acquisition of 1 M users in next 12- 14 Months.

Requirements Responsibilities:
• Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
• Helping the team in solving problems and remove blockings to meet the deadlines
• Make sure the right implementation is being done with appropriate effectiveness, performance, and re-usability
• Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
• Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
• Applying necessary Tech knowledge and skills to provide strategic direction and expertise to understand, address, and solve key business problems/objectives.
Key Skills and competencies:
• Fluency in Java
• Solid Understanding of Microservices Architecture frameworks
• Very good understanding of collections and multithreading Framework - SpringBoot , JPA/Hibernate
• Understanding of RDBMS design. Experience in writing complex SQL/NoSQL queries and optimizing queries
• Understanding of Algorithms, data structures and standard coding practices
• Experience with relational databases like MySQL & non-relational DB such as Mongo or other • API Design & Development with consistency
• Experience in REST and SAOP services
• Experience in Design/building large scale System Architecture to make sure scalability, security, and high availability
• Deep proficiency in tools and technologies such as Microservices Architecture, Cloud services like AWS, Azure, PubSub like Kafka, RabbitMQ, Cache Services like Redis, distributed systems, server security and Elasticsearch.
• Must worked on Git, Jenkins and Mavens
