We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to manage front office operations and deliver an exceptional experience for patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring smooth day-to-day reception activities while maintaining a welcoming, organized, and efficient environment.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple administrative responsibilities with professionalism. Candidates with prior experience in a skin clinic, healthcare facility, or similar patient-facing environment will be highly preferred.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet patients and visitors in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including patient check-ins, appointments, and inquiries.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide accurate information regarding appointments and clinic services.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments while maintaining appointment calendars.
  • Maintain patient records and update information accurately in clinic management systems.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Handle billing-related inquiries and assist patients with basic payment and documentation processes.
  • Maintain daily registers, reports, and records using Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and support general administrative activities as required.
  • Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Ensure confidentiality of patient information while adhering to clinic policies and procedures.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or Customer Service Executive in a healthcare or skin clinic environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with patients and visitors.
  • Good command of English along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent presentation and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage appointments, patient records, and administrative tasks efficiently.
