- 5โ8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Strategy, Commercial Operations, Business Excellence, or Performance Management.
- Strong expertise in SQL, data analysis, business intelligence, and performance reporting.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar analytics platforms.
- Proven ability to interpret business data, identify root causes, and recommend practical, high-impact solutions.
- Strong understanding of performance management, process improvement, operational excellence, and business governance.
- Experience designing scalable business processes, performance frameworks, and management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capability to present complex insights clearly to both technical and business leaders.
