As an Export Associate, you will manage international tenders, maintain distributor relationships, coordinate with the design team for catalogs, negotiate shipping rates, and collaborate on sales reporting while working closely with the MD.

Key Responsibilities
- Check and respond to international tenders related to content development
- Find and maintain a list of international book fairs, exhibitors, book sellers, libraries, coaching institutes, and government education officials
- Send emails and updates to international distributors, publishers, and CBSE/IB/ICSE schools with emails and catalogues
- Work with the design team to create international catalogues and use online advertising and digital marketing to reach global customers
- Get and compare shipping quotes for air and sea exports, finalise best rates, and maintain exporter records
- Finalize book pricing with Directors for international orders
- Coordinate with the Order Desk to generate invoices and prepare annual sales reports
- Consolidate orders from schools by arranging books from other publishers
- Negotiate better discounts with booksellers for third-party books
- Coordinate daily with company MD
- Work on data related to Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan and Chief Ministers of different states
Requirements
Requirements:
- Graduate in Marketing / International Business or similar field.
- 5–7 years of experience in export marketing or sales.
- Experience in the education or publishing sector is preferred.
