Lead a team of 5–7 DSTs, drive productivity, and source business through manufacturers, dealers, sub-dealers, and channel partners in semi-urban and rural markets. Develop direct and indirect sales teams, coordinate with credit and operations to facilitate loan disbursements, and manage delinquent cases and pending documentation. Build relationships with partners and maintain strong customer engagement.
Job role:
