Manage end-to-end payroll processes including attendance, settlements, audits, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, PT, LWF). Maintain payroll data and documentation, produce MIS reports, resolve employee payroll queries, and coordinate payroll cycles with HR and Finance.
