Summary:
The Assistant Manager - Admin plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of headquarters and NCR facilities by overseeing key administrative functions including security, housekeeping, vehicle operations, and facility maintenance. Reporting under the supervision of the Manager - Admin, this position is essential to maintaining a safe, well-maintained, and productive work environment across all locations. The role demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple operational priorities while supporting organizational growth through effective resource management and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup and relocation of offices and care centers across Delhi and NCR.
- Ensure comprehensive security protocols are implemented and maintained at all HQs and NCR facilities.
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Manage vehicle operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate and supervise repair and maintenance activities for all facilities within Delhi and NCR.
- Serve as Facility Manager, ensuring all physical infrastructure supports operational needs.
- Supervise and mentor supervisors and housekeeping staff across multiple locations.
- Respond promptly to operational issues and implement effective, sustainable solutions.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Manager - Admin or senior leadership.

- Creative thinking and strong presentation skills for internal meetings and reporting.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and digital tools for record keeping and reporting.
