Job description

The Role

  • Design, deploy, and manage Exchange Online within Microsoft 365.
  • Administer, configure, and maintain Exchange Online services.
  • Handle mailbox management, permissions, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage mail flow, connectors, and transport rules.
  • Configure anti-spam, anti-malware, and phishing protection policies.
  • Implement and manage retention policies, legal holds, and eDiscovery.
  • Perform advanced message tracing and diagnostics
  • Maintain and support Teams environment including channels, permissions, and policies.
  • Configure Teams governance and compliance settings.
  • Administer OneDrive for Business and provide support for SharePoint Online (nice to have).
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security configurations in Azure Active Directory
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security and governance standards.

 What you’ll bring

  • 8+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration with strong focus on Exchange Online and Teams.
  • Deep knowledge of mail flow, transport rules, and security policies.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AD identity and access management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex messaging environments.
  • Familiarity with retention policies, legal holds, and eDiscovery processes.
  • Experience in managing Teams governance and collaboration policies.
  • Knowledge of OneDrive and SharePoint Online administration is a plus.
