JOB OVERVIEW: -
- Guest Management.
- Up-selling of products & services.
- Handling Guest Complaints.
- Efficient & safe delivery of F&B orders.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION: -
- Graduate/Post-Graduate/Diploma/BHM in hospitality or any other relevant/related field.
- Minimum experience of 2+ years in 5 Star Hotels.
