Manage lounge guests, promote products and services, resolve complaints, deliver food and beverage orders safely and efficiently, and manage inventory while maintaining hospitality standards and teamwork.

Welcome and assist travelers, review arrival lists, complete guest check-in and check-out procedures, escort guests to boarding gates, and handle guest grievances. The role requires strong English proficiency, customer orientation, a positive attitude, hospitality-industry familiarity, eagerness to learn, professional grooming and etiquette, teamwork, and initiative.

Oversee hygiene and food safety activities in food production areas, including personal hygiene, GHP monitoring, audit corrective actions, structural deficiency reporting, pest management, complaint review, and food safety training. Coordinate microbiological and chemical testing with laboratories according to FSSAI requirements. Maintain effective hygiene systems and perform additional management-assigned responsibilities.

Organize preventive and routine maintenance schedules, inspect and calibrate instruments, replace parts, and respond to equipment breakdowns. Diagnose faults, coordinate repairs or replacements, conduct quality inspections, and maintain machinery and equipment. Organize emergency coverage, manage workloads under pressure, report progress to managers, support the quality management system, and participate in continuous improvement activities.

Operate battery-powered airport buggies to transport passengers between gates, terminals, and lounges. Assist elderly, disabled, pregnant, and VIP passengers; coordinate pickups with terminal and airline teams; maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness; report malfunctions and safety concerns; follow operating procedures; provide courteous service; maintain trip records; and work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
