Welcome and assist travelers, review arrival lists, complete guest check-in and check-out procedures, escort guests to boarding gates, and handle guest grievances. The role requires strong English proficiency, customer orientation, a positive attitude, hospitality-industry familiarity, eagerness to learn, professional grooming and etiquette, teamwork, and initiative.

Handle reservation inquiries and bookings across phone, email, and online channels. Provide availability, pricing, and service information; maintain customer and payment records; modify or cancel reservations; resolve issues; coordinate with internal departments; prepare reservation reports; and upsell relevant services or products.

Oversee hygiene and food safety activities in food production areas, including personal hygiene, GHP monitoring, audit corrective actions, structural deficiency reporting, pest management, complaint review, and food safety training. Coordinate microbiological and chemical testing with laboratories according to FSSAI requirements. Maintain effective hygiene systems and perform additional management-assigned responsibilities.
