Prepares and cooks food while maintaining quality, presentation, hygiene, and kitchen standards. Monitors buffet displays, assists with food and beverage stock control, conducts kitchen inventory, and orders supplies when needed. Supports purchasing kitchen equipment and utensils and contributes to quality management improvements. Works collaboratively within the kitchen and hospitality team.
JOB OVERVIEW: -
• To prepare and cook

the buffet counter to ensure the food prepared are well presented

sufficient.
• To ensure a high
hygiene standard in food preparation and in the kitchen as well

stock-taking in the kitchen regularly and order F&B items
when necessary.
• To assist in
purchasing of kitchen equipment and utensils when
necessary.
• To cooperate and
work in team towards development, implementation, maintenance
and
improvement of the
quality management system.
Requirements
PROFESSIONAL
QUALIFICATION: -
• BHM/BSc in
Hospitality/Diploma in Hotel Management.
