Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in driving lead generation efforts and enhancing brand visibility through digital channels. This position requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in executing data-driven marketing campaigns aimed at attracting and nurturing potential customers. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective digital marketing strategies that generate qualified leads and support overall sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital demand generation strategies across various channels (email, social media, content marketing, PPC, SEO) to drive traffic and increase leads.

Create and optimise landing pages and lead generation funnels designed to convert website visitors into qualified leads.

Utilise marketing automation tools to design and implement effective email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads through the sales funnel.

Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, reporting on KPIs such as lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI to inform future marketing strategies.

Create, execute, manage and optimise paid media campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising, to maximise reach and engagement.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment in messaging and lead quality to meet sales goals.

Build webpages and update content across the group and individual business unit websites
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a B2B technology environment or digital marketing agency environment.
Required Skills:

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics etc)

Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing strategies.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Familiarity with A/B testing and optimisation techniques.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in content marketing and lead nurturing tactics.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
