Role : AI Product Manager Key Roles & Responsibilities: • Define AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals. • Identify and prioritize GenAI use cases based on ROI, feasibility, and impact. • Translate business requirements into clear product requirements and user stories. • Collaborate with AI Architects and SMEs to ensure technical feasibility. • Drive product decisions such as: • Build vs buy vs partner • Model selection (open-source vs API-based LLMs) • RAG vs fine-tuning strategies • Define KPIs and success metrics for AI products (accuracy, latency, adoption, cost). • Own backlog prioritization and sprint planning with engineering teams. • Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure intuitive AI experiences. • Manage stakeholder expectations and executive communication. • Ensure AI products comply with ethical AI, privacy, and security guidelines. Required Skills & Experience: • 15+ years in Product Management, with strong AI/GenAI exposure. • Proven experience launching AI or data-driven products. • Strong understanding of: • LLM capabilities and limitations • AI lifecycle and deployment challenges • Excellent communication, storytelling, and decision-making skills. • Ability to balance technical depth with business outcomes. Additional Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related. • 6+ years as a product manager with at least 3+ years in AI/ML/GenAI product leadership. • Demonstrated success launching AI-driven products or features. • Strong analytical, business, and stakeholder management skills. • Deep understanding of AI/ML model lifecycles and data workflows.
