RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications, APIs, and services using .NET and C#.
- Build and enhance microservices-based solutions that support business-critical applications.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues through detailed log analysis and root cause identification.
- Perform debugging and issue resolution to ensure optimal application performance and stability.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, infrastructure, and support teams to deliver reliable software solutions.
- Participate in deployment activities, monitoring processes, and operational support functions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, software development best practices, and quality assurance processes.
- Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support system enhancements, integrations, and API development projects.
- Analyze application performance and recommend improvements for scalability and maintainability.

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in .NET and C# development.
- Strong expertise in backend development, API design, and application integration.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Experience working with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Good understanding of Kubernetes (K8s) and containerized application environments.
- Strong debugging, diagnostic, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze logs, identify system bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions.
- Strong ownership mindset with accountability for application quality and reliability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams.
