What's the role?
- Translate creative briefs into strong, relevant, and visually engaging design concepts.
- Develop creative concepts for brand collaborations, campaigns, launches, and marketing initiatives.
- Create mood boards, visual directions, and trend-led concepts with a distinctive design perspective.
- Design marketing, branding, packaging, social media, and digital collaterals aligned with brand guidelines.
- Use AI tools as part of the creative process for ideation, visual exploration, image generation, and concept development.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, and other teams to understand briefs and deliver work on time.
- Contribute actively to creative discussions, brainstorming sessions, and campaign development.
- Adapt creative assets across multiple formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
Who's a good fit?
- Bachelor’s degree in Design (B.Des.) or a related creative discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, visual communication, or creative design.
- Prior experience in D2C, e-commerce, fashion, apparel, footwear, sneakers, jewellery, accessories, beauty, lifestyle, or other consumer-facing brands is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, composition, colour theory, visual storytelling, and brand identity.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Krea AI, Adobe Firefly, Flair, Leonardo AI, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to use AI tools for creative ideation, visual exploration, concept development, and execution.
- Experience working on marketing campaigns, brand collaborations, social media, packaging, digital, and offline brand collaterals.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, design versatility, and a distinct visual point of view.
- Ability to take ownership of a project from brief → ideation → concept → execution.
- Strong understanding of current fashion, streetwear, youth culture, design, and visual trends.
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
