Own the growth and operating engine for Inc42 Courses, developing new programs, formats, pricing, and revenue lines from concept through launch. Manage end-to-end cohort delivery, admissions, learner experience, mentors, alumni, and cross-functional execution. Build scalable SOPs, workflows, dashboards, and reporting for funnel performance, revenue, engagement, completion, NPS, and program economics. Improve operational efficiency, coordinate stakeholders, manage quality control, and support the evolution of the education portfolio.
The Founder’s Office- Inc42 Courses owns the growth engine behind Inc42's executive education vertical — D2CX, D2CX Foundations, RetailX and D2CX.AI.
This role sits inside the Founder's Office and works across two mandates. First, new initiatives: identifying what Inc42 Courses should build next — new programs, formats, cohorts, pricing constructs, and revenue lines — and taking them from idea to live product. Second, operating efficiency: acting as the connective tissue between content, editorial, design, marketing, growth, product, and operations so that every cohort runs tighter, faster, and more profitably than the last.
Inc42 Courses has already worked with 400+ D2C founders across eight cohorts. The next phase is about scale — more programs, more learners, better unit economics, and a repeatable operating system that doesn't depend on heroics.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who can think like a product owner, execute like a program manager, and read a funnel like a growth marketer.
Your Impact in This Role:
- Build What's Next: You'll research, design, and launch new programs, formats, and revenue lines across the Inc42 Courses portfolio — from curriculum architecture to pricing to go-to-market.
- Own The Operating System: You'll design the end-to-end operating model for course delivery — admissions, onboarding, session flow, mentor management, community, and completion — and make it repeatable across programs.
- Drive Cross-Functional Efficiency: You'll align content, design, marketing, growth, product, and operations around a single cohort calendar, removing dependencies and duplicated effort.
- Make The Numbers Visible: You'll build the dashboards and reporting cadence that give founders real-time visibility into enrolments, funnel health, revenue, engagement, and learner outcomes.
- Raise The Bar On Experience: You'll own learner experience end-to-end, ensuring every cohort reflects the standard associated with the Inc42 brand.

The Inc42 Courses Portfolio
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and build new initiatives across the Inc42 Courses vertical — new programs, cohort formats, certifications, workshops, sprints, and community layers.
- Run market, competitor, and demand research to validate what founders will pay for, and translate findings into concept notes, business cases, and launch plans.
- Own curriculum architecture in partnership with editorial and faculty — module structure, session outcomes, assignments, tooling, and assessment.
- Define pricing, cohort sizing, seat economics, and revenue targets for each program; test and iterate on offers.
- Take new programs from concept to live — landing page, curriculum, faculty, funnel, launch campaign, and first cohort — with clear ownership at every step.
2. Program Operations & Cohort Delivery
- Own the end-to-end cohort lifecycle across D2CX, D2CX Foundations, and D2CX.AI — from admissions and onboarding to sessions, assignments, community, and convocation.
- Build and run the cohort calendar: session scheduling, speaker confirmations, content readiness, platform setup, and communication timelines.
- Manage the live + self-paced delivery mix — ensuring recordings, resources, playbooks, and templates reach fellows on time and in the right format.
- Track attendance, engagement, drop-offs, and completion; intervene early on at-risk fellows.
- Troubleshoot in real time during live sessions and cohort weeks, keeping delivery quality uncompromised.
3. Cross-Functional Efficiency & Systems
- Act as the single point of alignment across content, design, marketing, growth, product/tech, partnerships, and operations for everything Courses.
- Map current workflows, identify duplicated effort and bottlenecks, and rebuild them into leaner, documented processes with clear owners and turnaround times.
- Run a weekly operating rhythm — review calls, blockers, dependencies, and next actions — with complete visibility for the Founder's Office.
- Drive automation and tooling decisions across LMS, CRM, payments, community platforms, and internal trackers to reduce manual load per cohort.
- Ensure every recurring activity has an SOP, a template, and a named owner — so cohort N+1 costs less effort than cohort N.
4. Funnel, Revenue & Performance Reporting
- Own the admissions funnel end-to-end — applications, screening, conversion, payments, and onboarding — in partnership with marketing and growth.
- Work with marketing on acquisition campaigns, landing pages, content, referral loops, and alumni-led demand for each program.
- Track and report on enrolment, revenue, CAC, conversion rates, refunds, completion, NPS, and alumni outcomes.
- Build weekly and monthly dashboards and MIS for founders, with clear reads on what's working, what's at risk, and what needs a decision.
- Manage program P&L inputs — faculty costs, platform costs, production, marketing spend — and drive cost efficiency without diluting experience.
5. Mentor & Alumni Ecosystem
- Identify, onboard, and manage faculty, mentors, and session speakers from India's top operator and investor pool.
- Own speaker briefs, session outlines, moderation documents, and pre-session prep to ensure every session delivers a sharp, tactical takeaway.
- Build and activate the alumni network across cohorts — community programming, referrals, testimonials, and case studies.
- Manage partner and sponsor integrations within programs, ensuring deliverables are met without compromising learner experience.
6. Documentation, Playbooks & Quality Control
- Document program playbooks, SOPs, checklists, and templates for every recurring workflow across the vertical.
- Run structured post-cohort reviews — capturing feedback, learnings, content gaps, and operational misses — and convert them into changes for the next cohort.
- Act as the quality check on outward-facing course material: curriculum decks, landing pages, emailers, session collateral, and fellow communication.
- Maintain a single source of truth for cohort data, content libraries, and program documentation.
Growth Path
- Take ownership of the full Inc42 Courses P&L across programs.
- Expand the vertical into new categories, audiences, and formats beyond D2C.
- Evolve into a broader business ownership role across Inc42's education and community verticals.
Professional Traits/Skills Required
- 3–5 years of experience in program management, edtech operations, community-led programs, business operations, consulting, or a founder's office role — preferably in startups, media, or education-led organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to take a new initiative from idea to launch, including research, structuring, and go-to-market.
- Strong comfort with numbers — funnels, unit economics, cohort metrics, and budget management — and the ability to turn data into decisions.
- Proven track record of running multiple programs or projects in parallel with tight timelines and high visibility.
- Excellent written communication, with the ability to produce concept notes, curriculum outlines, speaker briefs, and founder-facing reports.
- Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable working with founders, CXOs, operators, investors, faculty, and internal teams.
- A systems mindset: bias for documentation, SOPs, automation, and process improvement over repeated firefighting.
- Genuine interest in the D2C and consumer brand ecosystem; prior exposure to cohort-based learning, accelerators, or founder communities is a strong plus.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, Notion, Asana, and modern productivity and analytics tools; familiarity with LMS, CRM, and marketing automation platforms is preferred.
- P.S: Past D2C, Founder office experience preferred
