Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges that impact project delivery and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes and team productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software solutions tailored to business needs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working across multiple system components.
- Problem-solving skills to address complex technical issues effectively.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
