Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, contribute to design sessions, and ensure that the applications developed align with the overall business objectives. Your role will also include testing and validating applications to ensure they meet the specified requirements, while continuously seeking ways to improve processes and enhance user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to enhance code quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of database design and management principles.
- Experience with writing complex SQL queries and optimizing database performance.
- Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Administration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
