Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with evolving business goals and operational workflows. Throughout the day, the engineer balances technical development with strategic planning to deliver robust and scalable software that supports business efficiency and growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges that may impact timelines or deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and how they integrate with software solutions.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Extended Warehouse Management modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SAP EWM environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP EWM and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in analyzing business workflows and translating them into technical specifications for software development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
